It's been just over 3 years since A.J.& The Rockin Trio burst onto the scene and since then it's been all good. Their 2015 self- titled is damn stout and they followed it up with the stellar and killer album "Howlin' At The Moon" in 2016. This is one rockabilly outfit that will color you impressed.Not standing still they have hit back with another winner " Rockin' The Blues" and this puppy brings it on.We get 10 originals and 2 covers that will have you up and shakin'. From straight up rockabilly to rockabilly blues this puppy rocks with confidence. They even throw in a little trombone action,some tinges of country and have Coral Lee step in to sing on one track. All this adds an extra punch to the affair.Highlights include: "Moonshine Boogie", "Rockabilly Fever", "Done Me Wrong" and "All Day and Night".
A.J.& The Rockin Trio have really delivered the goods with "Rockin' The Blues". This is one hungry and serious band that keeps getting better with every release. Highly recommended!
