The Wise Guyz - Hot Summer Nights 2014

 Some bands seem to get better with age  and The Wise Guyz are diffidently one of those bands.These kats have been on a  good run since they dropped "Don’t Touch My Greasy Hair" back in  2011 and it looks like that streak is going to continue.The band's latest offering ,their 6th album "Hot Summer Nights" is easily their best yet.This puppy cracks the door open with 13 originals and 3 covers  that you just can't resist . The Wise Guyz stick to what they do best and that's rockabilly with some jump blues,rock n roll and country all thrown into the mix.Hell this is the kinda music that gets you off your ass.Highlights include: "How Long","Miss Chris", "Rude Bad Boy" and the stellar "2 AM Rock".

     Word on  The Wise Guyz is that they  are "the real deal" and who's to argue? One thing for sure is " Hot Summer Nights" is pretty damn impressive.
